Great 2 Bedroom in area targeted for revitalization

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great price for this area being revitalized

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I used a realtor. They initially wanted 22k but I held out do to their need to sell

CASH

How did you add value to the deal?

minor renovations needed - painting refinishing hardwood floors adding new appliances

What was the outcome?

successfully rented for 3 years with 2 different tenants
