@Mark Ferguson To me, transitioning to RE was like getting another Master's degree; about two years of hands-on learning and research is needed and most folks are just looking for a shortcut; gurus offer that - or at least promise it.

Once you discover how to do this, you will be handed key after key that unlocks how deals are made (not found).
