Something I think people need to do in order to scale if they want to self manage their own properties.I've only been using the system on 4 properties now, however feel comfortable scaling up several multiples which I plan to do in the next 4-5 years.

I think they were overpaying for some services as they built up the portfolio, but once they stabilized the portfolio (aand got better economy of scale) their numbers (e.g. administration, management, etc.) seemed to approach "normal".
