Hello everyone,I have reviewed a CAR property management contract with a company and they have 5% written in the line that states “ an overhead and service fee added to the cost of all work performed by, or at the direction of,  property manager”.

Ha, yeah that had always been my concern but some of the suggestions on here seem valid about strict rules and regulations on the leases, and I would be providing housing at 20% to 30% cheaper than anyone else could find of they wanted a studio to themselves.

Unless it is at rough in stage it will be compromised unless this has no interior walls, what's the rest of the story and why does it need overlayed( which is what you are suggesting) or removal which has issues of its own with load walls unless all interior walls, cabinets etc are gone. sounds like a raw deal with water issues or structural issues?
