Worse yet, if you had to evict someone, it can wipe out many months of cash reserves.

I am currently working for Raytheon earning good income and I am also in the US Army reserves.

We have SIX MONTHS of reserve cash, great credit, and are now both employed.

This city is filled with PM companies that will lure you in with promises of quality service just to get you signed. 

I signed up online for water service, but was denied because apparently I need a master meter, which requires almost as much documentation as purchasing the property itself!

I recently considered a service that basically does what you mention specifically as "corporate housing" with companies, but never went further into it as I ended up renting the unit out to some normal folks.

Hey William just started here on bp from marlton lakes, have 2 single family's currently and just got my approval for a heloc for the next 2 but I would like to check out that event maybe keep the heloc in reserve if there are other options for me.

I normally have them sign the Information About Brokerage Services if we meet up and ALWAYS have them sign the IABS and a non representation agreement if we agree on a price and I get the house under contract.
