I am researching rental properties in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

I daresay that then, your current two properties would fare at least as badly as your carefully researched next primary will.

I had no clue about that and after doing some research, it looks like they are falling around .85 give or take.

Do some research about housing for individuals with disabilities and hold onto your hat...there is a world of opportunity...and you having a disability yourself speaks volumes.

But do some market research on other units of similar size, what they rent for and if utilities are included.One other note, on an upper and lower two family, noise issues tend to be more frequent.
