I am researching rental properties in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I live out of the state and am therefore seeking referrals for great Property Managers. Please provide feedback such as your experience with any suggested PMs and what rates they charge and what they have provided for you to make you want to recommend them. Thanks!
