In my experience I have had many clients buy property in a self directed IRA.

If not they cannot take a fee/commission for selling a property they do not own.2) To save REALTOR fees (I charge my clients 6%).

Good evening BP Fam, I am looking for a contractor in the local Tampa Bay and surrounding areas that have experience in FHA 203k loans and can bid on a possible property for one of my clients.

She also gives clear examples of how her clients were impacted(positively or negatively) by taxes.While the tax reform did have drastic changes to the tax law - the book is just as good.

I know that I work hard for my clients, as even the "easy" sales usually require lots of time and coordination, termite/moisture issues, emergency repairs (just recently, roof leak the day of walk-through, frozen pipe when power went out after home inspection before appraisal), title problems, closing delays due to tax transcript issues.   

I do, however, recognize the importance to stay relevant and caught up on the current terms so I can understand and communicate properly.I don't care what terms you use as long as they are spoken with good intent.

I've done JV deals with clients in the past, but usually they are not local, so my expertise and locality is something that they don't have where they are.
