@Johnny Soriano It will also have to pass an FHA appraisal - not just for the amount of the loan, but also for safety.That means no peeling paint, loose hand rails, broken windows, crumbling cement steps, etc.Those require a construction loan (FHA 203K) or Fannie Mae Homestyle.

With that being said, they are free to choose where they stay and where they eat and where they do laundry.I drive by all the local motels each morning and evening and count the vehicles that look like contractors (and not vacationers or travelers) in the parking lots.

A quick Google search will bring those up though.As far as the accident, if it wasn't her who was at fault, she may still be able to go after the driver and/or owner of the vehicle (or her own insurance if other driver was under-insured depending on limits and her own coverage).

Looks like gas prices do affect SUV and Truck sales...apparently microeconomics beats sound bites...http://money.cnn.com/2015/12/04/autos/gas-prices-s...Yeah but in the upper segment of the market, as with lambos and ferrari’s Or even 100k plus cars I bet pure cost of “gas,” is very ineleastic and not really factored in at all as a buying decision other than the inconvenience oh having to fill up.In the lower to mid tiers of vehicles the cost of gas is probably a big deal because there is more of a budget to adhere to.

My concern is that I do not occupy the investment Property and I do not reasonably foresee any association between my private personal vehicle and the parking spot, which would be least in conjunction with my residential investment.
