Like I said, I spent an enormous amount of money for their private coaching and am KICKING myself.

I'd make sure you can show proof of funds at the least, most Realtors will not waste their time as a tour guide these days...

Most of the hotels they stay in don’t offer more than a continental breakfast, if anything at all.After their tour is complete, the company sends a maintainer to replace them forming a constant stream of workers out in the field.

After touring the apartment, I immediately applied for the apartment.

Total Purchase price = 500kGross rents = 102k/annually (when fully occupied)My main question is this:Should we go for a loan through a bank (commercial mortgage w/20% down) or a private/hard money lender?
