Too many people who grew up playing Sim City with authoritarian aspirations. 

I just had a tenant request a ginuea pig - I added clause to the lease about only keeping it caged or in a pet play pen at all times.

This hasn't passed yet, but has had a first reading, so we will see how that plays out in the coming month.

Played them as a kid but don't like them now but I still pay it and have no choice!!!

If you have owned this property for 6 months already then no 6 month waiting period will come into play.  

Not a lot of BPers play in that market segment.Regarding where do the denied tenants go?
