What strategies in structure of a deal or creative financing if any do you prefer using?

I’m in Frisco -Carrollton - little elm Texas areasLooking too be of value , assisting a seasoned investors.Shadowing , physically working - open too almost any reasonable request while shadowing .

@Anthony Hummel I'm curious - what does it entail Platinum Member with ABA and what structure are they proposing to you for what initial setup cost and ongoing maintenance costs?

By looking at what other raw land has sold for and compare that with the cost of removing the structure from the property should help inform your decision.

First identify and get the property under contract as @Jeremy England says, then before it closes, get your structure set up.

Keep in mind, property taxes (at least in Vegas) are at least partially assessed on the LAND as opposed to the physical structure.

When I pulled the information for the property there are no structures assessed, however there is a very old house on the property (in terrible shape).
