It's maybe a better solution for repatriations than Indian casinos, but it makes it more difficult to know where to buy and I'm sure there are many land use restrictions that go along with it...

Probably being overly paranoid, but since FL requires the use of a physical street address not a PO Box, I'm wondering if using my personal residence as the primary business address would create a legal avenue to access my home in the event the LLC's assets are attacked.I know some folks use a registered agent service, but wondering if that expense ($150-$250 per year) is necessary.

You may want to have the tenant pay this, or realize that this is an additional expense for yourself.Once a house goes rental, the physical condition usually depreciates faster than an owner occupant.
