I'm posting way ahead of time so people have enough heads up to work it into their schedules.It's a networking event, so no sales pitch, no fees or agenda.

He is moving at a slower pace then I would like for sure and doesn't follow up as fast as i'd like.  

There is no way it can reasonably continue at this pace, but we will enjoy it while it lasts!

I am totally aware that I must provide some sort of value in return, because as much as mentors want to help, they also have their agenda as well. 

Slow so far but not too far off pace for the year - yet. 

Some people may find this slow but it’s pretty fast paced for me compared to bringing home a 40 hour check.

All of this is happening in a manner that makes it look easy, but we are pretty confidant this is not at all easy, particularly in the way it is done and the pace of completion.At the far end of the trench the water lines, already bedded in much of the trench, are connected using a wet connect tap to the City main, that remains pressurized at all times.This tool is used to tap into the City water main.

I am looking to go at a "more of my own pace" for faster turnover with smaller gains that will build over time. 

As for how the market is looking the pace of sales was down about 25% in Q1 YOY, prices for resales up slightly, new condo down, and resale inventory up about 11%.

2018 is going to be a big year for me, and I’ll look at it as you guys are setting the pace.
