I am considering selling the place, but not sure if I should given that I have a 142K loan in place with pre-payment penalty, or if I should just see this eviction through and just try my hand at getting another tenant in there vs possible lease optioning the home out.

That said, more inventory finally coming to market will likely translate to more options for buyers and fewer bidding wars, which typically keeps outsized price growth in check.

Would be helpful what city you are looking at, but you could see if STR, MTR, or rent by the room are viable options to increase that rental amount.

You will then have a few options with that rent money....you can put it into principal or you can start saving it to purchase yet another property.
