Kevin, assuming that your Individual K was created properly the EIN for the trust associated with it would be obtained as tax-exempt entity so even when you get the 1099-INT it would be issued to your 401k trust EIN and the IRS would know that income is exempt from taxes.

They are not big enough for you to benefit from economies of scale and obtaining professional management and not small enough to be the ideal residence for a family (single family house).
