Eventually, I’d like to expand to other types of properties and markets, but I think getting that first property will build the momentum and spark the fire to keep going, instead of being stuck in perpetual analysis paralysis.A bit about me - I’m a software engineer by profession but deep down, I don’t have a true passion for tech so I would want to eventually transition out and focus on real estate full time (of course, this will be much later down the line).With these crazy COVID times, it’s hard to get out and actually attend meetups and get to know people in person, so I’d like to connect and get to know some other folks local to the SD area and even beyond!

I work as a Software Engineer in San Francisco and my main goal is to gain financial independence through investing.

Email the offering to investors while hosting the offering to a private and secure investor portal that allows them to go through the whole process of the investor goes through with each deal and allows them to monitor their investment efficiently.Having the investor portal, which we use InvestNext, is beneficial to investors because it saves them from having to keep track of their own investments the old school way through their personal spreadsheets.This last step has saved time and efficiency to both parties, investors and sponsors.

I have a question for other wholesalers out there.What is the best software / service to text new deals to everyone on your buyers list?

Not convinced I want to go with Buildium or Appfolio or any software like that.
