You should ask your REALTOR for the phone numbers of lenders and talk to the lenders directly because your REALTOR does not have a mortgage license, if he does thats great but it does not sound like he is telling you the first grade version of what you need to know.Hope this helps Christian.

If this is not the case, some good simple phone calls to get a release usually work for us.

I used to work construction and understand things happen, but they had poor communication and customer service, and I found I had to always be on the phone with them to ensure the project was getting done.

Instead of using a switch board i want to just use mulit phones.

We do everything per email with only some phone, which is how I like it.
