Seeking mortgage broker Howard county md

hello,

My fiancé and I are looking to purchase a Fannie Mae property in Howard county Maryland.  It will be owner occupied. The property needs an extensive renovation.  Originally, we wanted to do a convential loan and finance the rehab with cash, but our realtor said Fannie wants either cash or some type of renovation loan.  If someone could recommend a broker in the area that can assist me, that would be great.  I have other properties but I've never used a renovation loan. I heard they are a pain, but unfortunately we don't have enough cash to purchase the property and rehab it .

Thanks

Christian
