Shawn Ackerman yeah I totally feel the same way lately - lots of deals weren't deals and feeling like some missed opportunities and missed disasters so - good and bad - glad to be still in the game.

So, if I put in $10K, my building will increase in value by $24K; that's a good return and I would probably do it.If you are projecting long term increases in value in order to compare your investment with the stock market, you are missing a crucial differentiation, real estate is not a passive investment.
