Probably 80% of the renters have pets....so if something like that gets implemented you could get hurt...longer vacancy periods, etc...or they get really belligerent and want to approve all renters and see their background checks and things like that, which may or may not be illegal but when they start to have pitchfork mob mentality you pay the price.
