I've been watching video after video and listening to quite a few podcasts covering the BRRRR strategy and have become obsessed with the idea.

They have tons of videos and podcast about every aspect of real estate.

I've slowly but progressively become more and more interested in real estate; reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, and even attending a few meetups.

I was just watching a video on youtube last night about buying short sales and foreclosures from the bank. 

Get @Michael Blank syndicated deal analyzer and go through the videos to learn how to use it and underwrite deals.

@Phil Gilkerson @Scott Meyers is a great resource as well as Mark Helm has over 200 short videos on YouTube that's all things Self storage.

Never stop those YouTube real estate videos lol.

I am currently studying books and videos to up my preparedness for when I take some action in the next couple months.In my study of investment analysis, I'm being introduced to investing concepts like IRR and discount rate, which I am finding very confusing as a beginning investor just trying to get one property going.
