Hey everyone. Im kayla , 23 and i reside in North Carolina. Found out about real estate investing due to be starting real estate school. And looking for any advice or people to connect with ! Looking forward to building great passive income currently stuck in the rat race. Lol looking for and good books, podcast, and youtube channels as well
