Hi all, any suggestions on where to list MTR's?

(I won't name the very reputable course) The course experience is double edged...as I needed to learn; but there was just way too many hours of talk and information that could have been wrapped up in an hour rather than 10 hours.   

One of our members recently put together a great article talking about the history of Johnstown, the struggles our town faces in general and within the housing arena. 

I have known him for years and I always enjoy talking with him and what he has going on in Bakersfield. 

The scenario: $295,000 purchase price (my list was $299,000), 100% occupancy, $1,900 monthly rent, with taxes ($1,856), insurance ($768), and property management (7%) the only expenses.

I usually search through listings to get an idea on cap rates to narrow down states or cities.
