So there is still a limited market for blue collar job opportunities.

If some dude or even another agent contacted me out of the blue for an inspection report for a property that they don't have under contract yet I wouldn't likely get involved.

The best place to weather uncertainty in STRs is your regional vacation markets with proven demand- Smokies, Gulf Shores, Blue Ridge, etc.

TLDR: try a tan or even light blue, anything but white walls.
