They installed extra lock so I couldn’t get in and check if they moved their stuffs in the bedroom..Since two days have passed already, and I have their move out notice signed and sent them text messages,  Can I have their cars towed and change the locks to get in?

Other than figure out how to get rid of the bidet.I would consider painting all the wood walls and cupboards, closet doors, install new hardware and Kitchen light (maybe).

If you start installing wood-look tile (criminal in the historic districts) and painting everything gray, you will not come close to the value of the good remodel comps in the more desirable neighborhoods.Good luck!

Then install "Vinyl" railings and Balusters (low upkeep).Have the front steps built like this (so they don't look like your looking through a skeleton).Put in a Fiberglass (low maintenance) Large Oval Glass front door with a good looking lock handle.Then I'd get rid of the vertical slider windows upstairs and replace them with ones that match the downstairs windows.
