When speaking with them I would explain that all of my information and contacts are FREE...but could not understand why they were not calling me back...Shortly after I began investing I started working on self-development, listening to inspirational mentors (Such as Darren Hardy, Jim Rohn, Dave Ramsey...just to name a few) joined a mentorship class through my investment club, started volunteering at my kids schools and church.

I love learning from personal stories, being inspired by other's success and humbled by other's failures.

I became motivated and inspired after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and was sold on real estate!

Funny thing is - it was a late night guru that got me really thinking about how to start investing in real estate - I had already wanted to invest but didn't really know the first steps - the commercial inspired me to take action - but not to call their 800 number - instead, I went to the library and read up on the subject - and started to implement it as soon as I was able to.

They inspire me to work to my dreams.
