:P There isn't anywhere near enough information in the original post to provide specific advice so I asked the poster to reach out.  10,000 foot overview the best advice would be to speak with a knowledgeable INDEPENDENT insurance agent and be as forthright as possible with your situation.

I've owned it for 5 years and have never seen it.

I would recommend becoming an agent in Ohio instead of a wholesaler.

I'm mostly using it to track leads in a leasing agent capacity (at this time).

Then I refinance a property that I already own to do a renovation on it.

Buyer starting mortgage balance is $90k (assuming 10% down)Example 2, the New rules way:Buyer offers $97k, pays their agent $3k, seller pays their agent 3%, seller nets $94k.
