Since we are going to originate more than 3 mortgages this year, I'm looking to find an independent Mortgage Loan Originator to review the paperwork and vet my borrowers.

They all love the idea, but everyone wants to move into an established community........So, we're looking at alternatives, so that the common areas will be an advantage, instead of renting each unit to an independent tenant.

We are financially independent enough for that. 

we went with blue frog for 2 month and they didn't communicate well with us, so we are now with independent.
