I'm just getting started, but I think that the cash flow, buy and hold approach best fits my circumstances.

The point being is that it's going to be a lot more difficult to borrow $20 Million Dollars than $2 Million Dollars.Don't get me wrong, if I had my "druthers" (as they say here in Hillbilly land), I'd rather have beautiful middle class rentals (nice single family houses would be ideal).

The goal of building a buyers list is ideally to get repeat buyers moving your properties.

I saw on your profile you mentioned door knocking about the same I had mentioned above.I agree with different strokes for different folks, some people are passive some are aggressive and it doesn't mean 1 is better than the other...........Melissa, there were some other suggestions made in the previous posts that may fit your personality as a passive person, I think the most important thing you should take from this is what has also been mentioned which is consistency will pay off, keep us informed as you progress.

A job that fit well with this end goal would be a great start.
