@John McGuire, while this is ultimately a question for both an attorney (are you actually creating any real protection by holding in an LLC) and a thorough review of your actual mortgage agreement regarding transfer of ownership, I will say two things:Typically, services don't care if you transfer ownership with your mortgage.  

When we were there in May they dryer was all of sudden not heating, we called LG and they talked us through how to find the error code, gave them the code and it gave them an idea of what was wrong.

Hello, I am currently contingent on a Contract for Deed duplex and am getting pulled both ways on whether going Contract for Deed is a good idea or not.

at what point does it make sense to use a heloc on an investment propertywould you use one to buy the property cash (house is worth $50k) not a lot of room for appreciation, but the rents make sense for me to sit and hold it.in what situation have you guys used a heloc?
