The time and geographic area should both be spelled out and narrowed....probably 6 months is the right number and define an area you can't hunt in as well.

Start hunting HUD listings in your area with the HUD agent you have selected.

So I'll keep hunting.

For buying, the 3 locations listed above wouldn't be a bad place to start the hunt, and if you are interested more in houses I would consider Nicholson Lakes, Summerwood, and University Villas.

Foundation was repaired by GL Hunt in 2006 but part of house needs to be readjusted & should be covered by foundation warranty.House is vacant.Cash or hard money only.
