I suggest you call the Administrator or Executor of the estate for specific instructions, they may require certified funds, not a personal check. :)

I use property management services (good ones) across the board in all the cities - and here are my rates that I get:Arizona - 6%, Kentucky - 7%, Atlanta - 7% (all with very few hidden/surprise fees). but the property managers in Cleveland are still at the 10% rate for management fees (there was only one in Cleveland who was at 8%, but with that one - there were lot of fees that were extraneous compared to the other property managers).Does anyone know/have recommendations of property managers in Cleveland who are more competitive/offer a competitive price?
