He'll need to set the heads, run the lines, hook up the lines, ensure a vacuum, pressure test, and release refrigerant, perhaps even adding some.The contractor knows he's not making a ton of money, and even though his margins aren't there because you're supplying the units, he needs to factor in you calling him and expecting warranty service if something runs afoul.

We never had a terrible problem with huge parties - I have full-time homeowners on both sides of me that keep an eye on things - but I did have some problematic guests when we had a 2 night minimum.

Bathroom will have corner entry shower insert, and a sizeable single sink vanity.2 zone mini splits will handle HVACElectrical will need to be redone 100amp wont cover both and due to the EV charger in garage, electrician says it will be pushing it with split 200 amp panels, possibly necessitating a split 400 amp service.
