@Will Barnard  what I just cringe about now is this new book on BP encouraging folks to do long distance flipping.or long distance rehab to cut out the local rehabber.. 

What is your favorite solutions for home security if you are a rehabber?

I have constantly been on BP reading the forums, articles and suggested books, as well as listening to all the podcasts sometimes a few times over!

Hello everyone I have been listening to the podcast and books for almost 6 months, and everything sounds wonderful.

Reading Mark Ferguson’s book, he tries to get $500 for each of his properties.

I would also try to take some books out of the local library on whichever particular area of investing interests you!

There are quite a few good books too.

This prospect, though small, does excite me, since it can be my first baby step in real estate.In Brandon Turner's book about no money down real estate investing, this strategy is not covered.

After countless conversations with them I began reading REI books in my free time to begin building my knowledgebase.  

A lot of people who rent short term in the high end condos rent every year, and typically have right of first refusal to book their time for the next year.
