I don't post my rooms anymore, since they're all taken by various non-profits in the area who know I run this business. 

I'm not saying Propertyware is the best and I do have plans on switching in the future as I grow but I do feel 2 platforms are needed to separate my management business from my total personal business.

The note business ebbs and flows with the fluctuations of note volume.  

I'm thinking of your traditional non-qm/business purpose loan types.  

I understand that team with their boots on the location is crucial, so I am planning to fly there for couple of days/week and team up offline first and then do business remotely.  

Since we manage our rental properties ourselves, I told him our rental LLC should be considered as a business.

I'm current a junior in college and majoring in business marketing.

At least you can have an excuse not to do a party since you can say your busy with taxes :P 

I have some friends who are in the STR business in Flordia I can definitely make an intro.  

I was hit by an 18 wheeler 2 years ago - my fault- and tried to start a business last summer that didn't succeed, which it shouldn't have, being that I hated every minute of mobile detailing, and I recently got to where I am at least head above water, but I am paycheck to paycheck.
