I'm sure I am jumping the gun getting excited here, but this got me thinking:Does anyone buy bigger multifamily properties that may or may not have a garage and remodel them into a duplex for bigger returns?

We were both excited at the prospect but my husband thought more about the risk of the new employee at the same time and is concerned this is too much risk.

I guess there's a little part of me that's kind of shy in connecting with new people, especially in unfamiliar territory, but it's also excites me. 

Had a nice list of properties picked out and traveled to Memphis to physically inspect them.
