There should be a type of sign to promote attract business to your properties?

e) if considering or not to sue, should it be expressed to the tenants that they may be sued so they are clear on signed contracts and why they are not entitled to any deposit back?

I agree, ProTitle has the best O&E reports that will show if any foreclosure or Lis Pendence has been filed, as well as taxes & such.

Ask the Benefits/Marketing person if you can offer their doctors a seminar on a "How To" that addresses their pain points and have maybe 2-3 experts so it doesn't seem overly self-promoting and more benefit-oriented (you being 1 of the speakers).
