I've been looking into different platforms for managing my properties, and I was wondering if anyone has used Cozy and what your thoughts are.1.

According to Airbnb data there are 2.9 million hosts on Airbnb worldwide in 2020. 14,000 new hosts are joining the platform each month in 2020 and some will fail without proper property management that competently handle their short term rental.

Can anyone show me or e-mail me the numbers or estimate packages they've put together comparing the two processes of stick built vs. modular?

I've educated myself with free materials such as YouTube videos, podcasts, e-books etc.. you have to jump in and start with the basics.

There are some crowdfunding platforms that are not great, and some are.  

The members of the Chamber of Commerce can usually tell you what has been approved by the City.Be knowledgable in the market you selected.
