BTW--there is an agent in GA that has been promoting "virtual" wholesaling...they advertised property in Florida...I filed a complaint, and the state is going after them.

NC is a trustee state, and the simple fact is that that site is promoting trustee sales now and they didn't (at least not as many trustee firms) several years ago.
