BTW--there is an agent in GA that has been promoting "virtual" wholesaling...they advertised property in Florida...I filed a complaint, and the state is going after them.

NC is a trustee state, and the simple fact is that that site is promoting trustee sales now and they didn't (at least not as many trustee firms) several years ago.

Then, there's promotion, publicity, insurance, facilities, ...My group is not a REIA, but they do charge for monthly meetings to defray the rent on the facility - it's combined four office suites in a business park with some walls removed.
