At the end of the day, I have said it before and will say it again, EVERY real estate operator I know that has survived for 30+ years and, generally shown continued success is completely against floating rate loans.

there are staging companies . id use those and see if it makes a difference and if it does for you and have storage capabilities can buy your own furniture for your flips to move in and out of
