Because the property is probably worth more to me than anyone else, someone who just wants to own it and has more resources than me is going to pay dearly for it.

I live in BC and I've been using resources I've found via google searches.

For example i have general plans but have ran numbers on a few prospective properties I did know if you  had a helpful resource for more specific ways to plan on either end

Assign your interest........close..........collect money.........wash, rinse and repeat.

If it rents they collect a majority of the airbnb income and if not it is a loss to them.  

The forums here are a great resource to look at and ask questions.
