On to my question, I am looking at a few things right now to get my family set up with a deal here in Miami.

These wall heaters get really hot.I live in Utah - so it's cold about 8 months out of the year - unless it just stays hot.

You can't just set and forget if you have other folks in your area who got set up a year, three years ago, etc.

The university is supposed to be growing a lot and has a 20 by 20 initiative set in place (20 thousand students by the year 2020) and currently has only around 14 thousand.

I currently do not have any investment properties, but I am working on my business plan and have goals set to have my first property by October of 2017.
