While we/our tenants have had zero trouble filling these rooms in the past few seasons, this spring/summer was a bit rough, with many people explicitly referencing COVID as their reason for leaving these homes or not moving in. 

We are heavily reliant on tourists in the summer and petroleum.

They can also share in which case I'd add lawn mowing as part of the rent and pay someone to do it throughout the summer.
