@Jim Johnson , I believe when it comes to ethics \ morals , within the context of your stories, are examples of why it is a gray area and not black and white.

Because ultimately if you had spent 5 minutes typing out the claim and put a $.50 stamp on the issue you 1) wouldn't be spending $4.00 for the headache this is causing and 2) or the time and money you could possibly spend addressing this issue.And from my experience anyone's own honest opinion has squat to do with the black and white words written by your legislature dealing with this matter.

Yes you are supposed to have the black mill underlayment.You staple it down with a staple gun.If you take the toilet off check to see how old the toilet is.Might be time to replace it.If not check the toilet bolts,all internal parts,new wax ring,etc. before putting back on after the floor goes down.

I would not say that they get black listed, but they get on the poie list and I really doubt members rent to them.

If someone ever says anything to me, I tale a step closer to them, look them in the eye and say in a convincing tone "I don't care if you're yellow, black, blue, green or red, a church goer or not, walking or not or what your personal issues are, your money should be as green as anyone elses and mine and that's all I'm in this business for is the money!"
