thoughts on PM software instead of a company?

I don't have a CPA yet and was hoping to do this myself with one of the tax software but it looks like it might be best if I do hire a CPA for this.

I know others use software, but I like to be able to grab the book and quickly write things down rather than go to my computer, open the program and find the file-just easier and faster for me.

Can anyone recommend any accounting software that will allow us to track construction, JV money in, and multiple business entities?

Does any one have experience with a software program that we can use to do that?

Has anyone ever heard of or invested in Automated Storage?

Desktop Accounting software like QuickBooks ideally.

I would recommend listing syndication software.

We have an existing business in the countertop fabrication business and need more space to get the automated equipment we need (water jet and line polisher).existing facilities are not what we need (10k sqft warehouse, 1500 sqft + show room (separate or together).we want to buy as we own our current two warehouses (2 units 4k space each).strong reinforced foundation (ideally gently sloping to remove water), 20 ft+ ceilings, 2+ loading bays, low HOA (or water and heavy granite/quartz trash removal included).because this is so large and specific and e-commerce has jacked up warehouse prices we are strongly considering building.
