If it goes out you yank it out and install new like a window air conditioner.For our area these rents were a little low but not by much.

Needs a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, flooring, some drywall replacement, window a/c units (possibly central air), etc.I'm looking to have this completed within a 2-3 week period once the work is commenced and would be available to meet onsite this coming weekend for estimating purposes.

Yeah thats happening in a  lot of areas because of pressure from the hotel lobbies including in Jersey City where they are considering effectively banning STRs.

They sat in a tractor with the chemical surrounding them in the air for hours at a time.

Use of a faucet elsewhere during showering will cause a slight pressure drop but we do not lose hot water.

Both are largely free of the political nastiness and social pressure you'll find on other sites.

.  ;-)It MIGHT put some overhead pressure on 800k and above properties, since they will hit the 10k property tax limit, but I doubt it.  

George and Boise as you know.You could do it in a plane like mine a Cirrus but  U would have to really watch weather and such.a pressurized turbine is what you would want you can get a decent used one for 1 to 1.5 mil.. and if you really use it they are good write offs and of course hard to value our time.. you could now make your meetings and be back for dinner.  

While the costs of a 1031 aren’t much extra ($1000 or less) considering the timeline/pressure to buy a replacement property right away, you may just want to pay the taxes, if they are not substantial.
