CRIME is a big one.The percentage of non-violent to violent infractions and if crime is increasing or decreasing in the immediate area.Intermodal transportation study is another and the future land use map.This will give you an idea of where they are today and what they have planned for the area in the future and how the city and county will be allocating their resources to develop certain areas.Much more items than this but it's been a long day and my brain is out of fuel........ :)

It's on a single system in the county, but in the city they have 2 different systems they have to check (it will be different where you live) and if you want they will let you dig through the paper files to go back even more.I know this is time consuming, but at the same time it can save you money in the long run knowing what was done and when.

Broward and Dade county have a new automated system which auto dials you every 30 minutes or so until you pay a fine.

What makes this even more confusing is that on the county appraisal site, it has the VA as the owner, but on the tax record it has the name of the homeowners.
