@William Brown and his partner are sourcing a lot of deals in that area.Otherwise, look for business and real estate related meetups and the ones that are consistently going are probably serious (or know someone who is) and would likely make good contacts. 

Sherwin-Williams is a better paint (and it shows on the walls and ceilings), yet will run you more money.

Like I said, it's really an integrity check because even if the VA challenged it (which I have never heard of) you'd probably have a plausible deniability to the point they couldn't enforce any action against you.I actually have property in Stafford and Prince William, both were bought with the VA and both are still rentals 15 years later.
