(Buy a piece of furniture on store credit and make steady payments for 4 or 5 months and then pay it all off, get a credit-building loan, get a secured credit card or a Chase freedom card [you build points every time you use it, I have a whole plan devised on that], etc.)SAVE, SAVE, SAVE Put in hours of diligent research.

Not sure if that is feasible, but you might want to price it out to see if makes sense to start fresh and not have to worry about cloth wiring, etc.

If by healthy you mean personal health, we are getting a Fresh Market and a new Kroger Marketplace, along with having a couple great local places like Hendersonville Produce and the farmer's market during the summer - people are wanting more and more healthier options here so it is slowly but surely happening in Hendersonville.

If you are concerned about the exposure then you should look into ways to legally store that money in an entity with little liability until it is needed for investing.

I don't think this is a tell of where the CAP's are going but a shift to encourage safer investments.Big box stores (Walgreens, Sears, etc.) have been deploying on a 4% CAP for 25+ years.
